How to Register

Registration is easy and requires just your name and email address. Use these steps to register:

1. Click here to go to the Registration Page.
2. Enter a username and your email address.
3. Click “Register”. Shortly thereafter an email containing your password and a link to the login page will be sent to your email address.
4. Return to the site and login.

After you login for the first time, you will be brought to the “Your Profile and Personal Options” page. On this page you can enter your name and update other personal information. After entering your name, click “Update Profile” and then, under the option – “Display name publicly as:” – select the option of your first and last name. Your name will then be displayed with all of your comments.

When you’re finished updating your profile, click on the “View site” link at the top of the page to return to the site “Welcome” page.

• Participation Requirements

  This site is open to the general public and anyone can comment on any of the Topics. But in order to participate in the dialog, you must first register.

• How to Comment

  At the bottom of each Topic page is a field where you can post a comment. You must be logged in to post a comment. Once you log in, enter your comment in the text input field. If your comment is lengthy, you may want type it in separate document, then copy and paste the text into the comment field.

  When you are finished entering your comment, click "Submit Content." If, after posting, you find an error in your comment, you have one hour to correct it or make additional changes.
